This is the 10th post introducing candidates in the Tokyo governor race.
Check the other candidate profiles using these links: Koike; Utsunomiya; Ono; Yamamoto; Sakurai; Komiyama; Takemoto; Nishimoto; Sekiguchi.
The goal of these profiles is to get readers to know all the candidates on one website. I want to help people find information with minimal effort.
This post will focus on Seiichi Oshikoshi and his policies.

2020 Policies
- Overcoming COVID-19

- Open an inquiry into the outbreak & ask for compensation for damages
- An open Tokyo government
- Create a government for many, not the few
- Ensure a safe Olympic Games
- A future where there are no group (gang) stalkings online
- Acknowledge that cyberbullying is increasing
- Request that the national government enact legislation addressing these issues:
- Gang stalkings online
- Cult religious groups & public authority
- The suspected surveillance of nationals by immigrants
- The need for a supercity
- Harmful effects of 5G
- Use of illegal radio waves
- Torture using electromagnetic waves (cyber crime)
First Impressions
- Probably the only candidate that asks for compensation from whoever is responsible for COVID-19
- I agree that there is a need to address online bullying
- The 3rd set of policies need to be fleshed out (ex. what is torture using electromagnetic waves?)
